The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) is set to launch the 2024 Annual Insurance Market Performance Report alongside the inauguration of its new headquarters, TIRA Bima House, in Dodoma from 16–17 October 2025.

The event will be graced by the Guest of Honour, Hon. Dr. Saada Mkuya Salum (MP), Minister of Finance, who is expected to officially officiate the ceremony. The launch will bring together key stakeholders from the insurance industry, including insurers, brokers, agents, government representatives, and development partners.

The Annual Market Report provides an overview of the performance, growth trends, and regulatory developments in Tanzania’s insurance sector, while the opening of the new TIRA Bima House marks a significant milestone in strengthening institutional capacity and service delivery.

Through this event, TIRA aims to enhance transparency, promote public awareness, and reinforce confidence in the insurance market as a vital pillar of the national economy.
