Chairman of the National Insurance Board, CPA Moremi Andrea Marwa, officially opened the work session for all employees of Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) today, August 30, 2023, in Tanga Region.
Addressing the staff, CPA Moremi Andrea Marwa emphasized the importance of innovation in their work to instill trust and productivity among stakeholders in the insurance sector.
On his part, the Insurance Commissioner, Dr. Baghayo A. Saqware, stated that during this meeting, employees are discussing, reflecting on challenges, and collectively formulating various strategies to ensure the Authority enhances its impact on the Insurance Market.
This is a practice that the Authority has established for its employees to convene annually for a work session, and this year marks the Second session.
